At Get Your Tours, we value your trust and aim to provide a smooth booking experience. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and changes are handled when booking tours with us.


1. General Terms

  • All bookings made through www.getyourtours.co, WhatsApp, email, or phone are subject to this Refund & Returns Policy.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the type of service booked (shared tours, private tours, third-party activities).
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, or payment gateway). Processing time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.

2. Cancellations by Customers

  • Free Cancellation: Bookings cancelled at least 24 hours before the tour start time are eligible for a full refund.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable.
  • No-Show: If you fail to show up for the tour without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

3. Cancellations by Get Your Tours

We reserve the right to cancel a tour in case of:

  • Unforeseen weather conditions (sandstorms, heavy rain, unsafe sea or mountain conditions).
  • Vehicle or technical issues beyond our control.
  • Insufficient participants for group/shared tours.

👉 In such cases, you will be offered:

  • A full refund, or
  • An option to reschedule to another date, or
  • A credit voucher for future use.

4. Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Missed tours due to incorrect or incomplete pickup information provided by the customer.
  • Delays caused by traffic, flight schedules, or personal emergencies.
  • Services booked via third-party agents (must follow their cancellation policy).

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
  • The exact time frame depends on your bank, credit card provider, or payment gateway.
  • Any service/transaction fees charged by banks or payment providers are non-refundable.

6. Tour Changes & Rescheduling

  • You may request to reschedule your tour at least 24 hours before the original booking time, subject to availability.
  • No rescheduling is allowed within 24 hours of the tour.
