Welcome to Get Your Tours. By booking a tour or using our services through www.getyourtours.co, WhatsApp, email, or phone, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

  • These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made directly with Get Your Tours.
  • By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
  • Services are subject to availability and may vary depending on weather, safety, or operational requirements.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings can be made via our website, WhatsApp, email, or phone.
  • Payments must be made in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) via cash, card, or approved payment gateways.
  • A booking is confirmed only after receipt of payment or deposit (where required).

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour for a full refund.
  • No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of the tour or for no-shows.
  • Refunds are processed according to our [Refund & Returns Policy].

4. Amendments & Rescheduling

  • Customers may request to reschedule a tour at least 24 hours before the start time, subject to availability.
  • Changes within 24 hours of the tour cannot be guaranteed.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate details at the time of booking (name, contact, hotel, pickup location, number of guests).
  • Carry valid identification (passport, Emirates ID, or driving license).
  • Follow safety instructions given by guides and drivers.
  • Wear appropriate clothing for religious and cultural sites (e.g., Sheikh Zayed Mosque requires modest dress).
  • Customers with health issues, infants, or pregnant women should avoid activities like dune bashing or quad biking.

6. Company Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, licensed, and insured vehicles and drivers.
  • Deliver the booked services as described, or provide alternatives if unavoidable.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE tourism regulations.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • Get Your Tours is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, government regulations, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Participation in adventure activities (safari, quad biking, jet ski, etc.) is at the customer’s own risk.

8. Children & Age Restrictions

  • Some activities have minimum age requirements (e.g., quad biking, dune buggies).
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control, including:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions or closures
  • Technical or operational issues
